Activist Blessed Ughere, the National President of the Youth Wing of the apex Urhobo socio-cultural organization, Urhobo Progress Union has extended his heartfelt congratulations to High Chief Dennis Burutu Otuaro Ph.D. on his recent appointment as the Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).
Ughere, in a statement released on 15th March 2024 and signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Okwhake Eguono Moses, expressed profound joy and admiration for Otuaro’s achievement, describing his appointment as a well-deserved recognition of his past contributions and dedication to the region’s development.
Activist Ughere emphasized Otuaro’s role as a square peg in a square hole, highlighting his proven track record and invaluable expertise in addressing the challenges facing the Niger Delta.
Furthermore, Ughere commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his discerning choice in selecting Otuaro for this pivotal role.
