PORT HARCOURT, June 6, 2026 — Members of the Unique Sound Minds Initiative have congratulated Chief Austin Akpotu Emaduku on the successful conferment of a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Industrial and Human Resource Management by the University of Port Harcourt.
