Deeper Life Bible Church, one of Nigeria’s renowned and steadfast Christian denominations, is joyfully celebrating a momentous milestone – 50 years of God’s unfailing love, guidance, and blessings upon this incredible congregation. With hearts brimming with gratitude, the church welcomes everyone to join in the jubilant world of celebration as they mark this significant anniversary.
For the past five decades, Deeper Life Bible Church has been on an extraordinary journey, anchored by the unshakable faithfulness of the Almighty. The church’s message has remained steadfast and clear throughout this time: “JESUS ONLY IS OUR MESSAGE, SAVIOUR, SANCTIFIER, HEALER, BAPTISER, AND COMING KING.” The teaching has been expository, ensuring that the Word of God is presented with utmost clarity and depth.
A hallmark of the church’s journey has been their wholehearted embrace of Holiness unto the Lord, with an unwavering commitment to earnestly contend for the faith that was once delivered unto the saints. This deep-rooted dedication to living a life of holiness has resulted in countless lives being transformed by the boundless grace of God.
To commemorate this milestone, a Special Celebration Sunday Service will take place on 13th August 2023 at 7:45 am at the Deeper Christian Life Ministry Headquarters in Gbagada, Lagos. This momentous service will be streamed live to all Deeper Life Bible Church branches worldwide, ensuring that the celebration reaches every corner of the congregation.
During the service, there will be a profound Search the Scripture lesson titled “Milestones and Memorials for Future Generations,” delving into the lessons and achievements of the past five decades and the vision for the future. The occasion will be graced by the presence of the esteemed General Superintendent of Deeper Life Bible Church, Pastor William Foloronso Kumuyi, as well as other notable dignitaries and church leaders.
Following the service, a special luncheon will be held at the Multipurpose Hall, providing an opportunity for fellowship and thanksgiving with the beloved leaders of the church.
